This week, “The Monkey” celebrated (in style) at the the grand opening of our new Denver office. The office is located at 1810 Blake street in LODO. If you are not familiar with Denver, that is Lower Downtown, and the office is less than 2 blocks from Coors Field. It’s an amazing space, and an amazing opportunity for us to have an office in Denver, and be part of an amazing group of entrepreneurs and vendors.
Check out www.wedovows.com, and feel free to drop in and visit us in Denver, or schedule an appointment by calling 303 731 4050
Meanwhile, back at Monkey HQ, we are busy preparing for the annual Bon Apetit Culinary Event in Beaver Creek, CO. It is a great week of foodie madness, and a lot of fun for us. We are proud to have provided the technical and production support for a number of years, and are excited about this years event. If you love amazing food and you are in the area, you should check out the Grand Tasting. For details you can go to http://www.beavercreek.com/events-and-activities/culinary-festival.aspx

This is a picture of last years set that we created at the Vilar Performing Arts Center in Beaver Creek, CO.
Hopefully everyone out there in the blogosphere is off to a great start in the New Year. We want to extend huge Monkey hugs to all of our friends, families and clients, as well as all of the wonderful planners and vendors that have supported us over the last two years. Thanks, and we are looking forward to making 2010 great.

As we enter the holiday season here at Pink Monkey, we hope that everyone is going to get a chance to spend time with their friends and families, and relax a little. We are all looking forward to celebrating the holidays, despite Claire trying to schedule things for Christmas day. She is British, and therefore prefers to celebrate Boxing day.
Anyway, we recently appeared on Vail’s TV8 as part of a new marketing and ad campaign. If you get TV8, or you were recovering from a gnarly hangover in a hotel room in Vail or Beaver Creek last weekend, you might have seen us. If not, check out the you-tube link.
TV8 Interview 12/13/09
We will be appearing weekly on TV8, and we will be posting the links as they come in.
Have a very merry Christmas from all of us here at Pink Monkey HQ, located right behind the Eagle County Regional Airport, in between the scenic and beautiful towns of Eagle, and Gypsum Colorado.
Happy Holidays!

So we have finally discovered blogging here at the Monkey HQ (conveniently located near the Eagle County Regional Airport), and it is on! BaughMonkey and I have really been working the wordpress this afternoon, and having a few laughs. In an effort to test out my google and firefox linking skills, I would like to submit a link to the company history, along with the one picture that just says it all.

Neither snow, nor rain, nor heat, nor gloom of night stays these courageous couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds”. The United States Postal Service may have made this slogan a household term, but Pink Monkey Solutions thinks its the foundation to good business in “The Mountains”.
The last thing you want to hear on the day of your wedding or big event is that your event production company can’t make it because of the weather. As the owner of an event production company, I couldn’t even imagine having to make that call to a client.
That’s why here at Pink Monkey we make the investment to make sure all of our vehicles are ready for the best (or worst depending on your disposition) Mother Nature can throw at us.
We just finished getting BF Goodrich Commercial TA tires put on our 2008 Chevy Express Van, our 2009 GMC Savanna Cargo Van, and our 2002 Isuzu NPR box truck. These are tires they put on ambulances!! So rest assured that when you call The Monkey this winter, we’re ready.

In November, we had the pleasure of putting together the lighting and decor for the Vail Mountain School’s annual Gala. The event turned out beautifully, and was a great success. The Vail Daily had some great press coverage of the event, including a delightful picture of Nathan and I hard at work! Check out the shared links.
